Led numerous healthcare transactions, including MA Growth Ventures’ investment into the DoctorSquare group and the associated acquisition of the 24-7 Healthcare Group from Crescent Capital, MedAdvisor Limited’s establishment of a Singapore-based joint venture with an Asian healthcare giant and associated commercial arrangements, and the sale of a leading patient support healthcare solutions provider to a Swiss pharmaceutical group.
Advised on deals including the sale of a digital consulting business to NYSE-listed Endava, the acquisition of Churchill Consulting by Sia Partners (a French-based global management consulting group), various strategic acquisitions by Mazars in the Australian market, and the sale of an offshore consulting business to Phillipines-based Cloudstaff (backed by private equity firm fund Navegar).
Advising on the multibillion-dollar restructure of a global meat processing group’s Australian business, the acquisition of a controlling stake in an Australian winery by a major Chinese alcohol group, the divestment of Australian assets by a global premium wines distributor, and the acquisition of an Australian cosmetics business by US-based PE firm.
Advised on multiple capital raising rounds and strategic commercial arrangements and projects for Energy Renaissance (a lithium-ion battery manufacturer) and Renewable Metals (a battery recycling company), and on a US$2 billion decarbonisation fund on a US$17m equity investment into an Australian drone stringing business.
Transaction lead for the acquisition of Australian magnesia mining business from a global mining giant, handing complex legal elements and critical regulatory approval processes.
